Need suggestion!

I just had a new good friend who is a non-believer. He loves music a lot. I really want to send him a Mercyme CD (Mercyme is one of my favorite bands). I only have Almost There and Spoken For which are both so good, but I can't decide which is better to give him as a gift. So could anyone give me any suggestion?

Actually hip-pop is his favorite. He also likes rock I think.

It's nice what your doing and I think its a good idea.
You have to really know what he likes before you send him something. Cause I got a MercyMe cd as a gift last christmas and I haven't even opened it up cause it aint my style.

You mention he likes hip hop, try to narrow it down now, west side or eastside hip hop, or is it gangsta rap?

For hip-hop i would go with Toby Mac or KJ-52 or even Paul Wright which is kind of acoustic hip-hop, very urban.

There's too many rock bands to name, but for those who preach the gospel, I would go with Kutless, Jonah 33 or Falling Up.

if he likes hip-hop and rock go for a combination like "toby mac", "38th Parallel" or "Earthsuit".

for hip-hop the only ones i know of are "John Reuben" or "KJ-52"

for rock definately go with "Skillet" or the three that sword-in-hand mentioned all 4 of them are quality.
