Jerusalem syndrome

This is a condition I just learned affects some who visit Jerusalem. Do any of you guys have knowledge of it?

Jerusalem Syndrome is a psychological and behavioral disorder which affects about 150 pilgrims to Jerusalem every year. Most often the victims are Protestant Christians from the United States and Europe who begin to assume the identity of various prophets from the Old Testament, like Daniel or David, or important figures from the New Testament like Jesus or the Virgin Mary. They foretell doom and wear white robes, walking around the old city while preaching lengthy sermons. [/font]
