As for polygyny, I have shown that it is biblically permissible so that no one need fear that it is sinful. The law should be changed to recognize this so that children can have legal rights to inherit property and to insure other rights. In order to void it, society would need to demonstrate some compelling reason as to why such lifestyles should not be recognized.
