The way people are behaving lately it's enough to make you think it's possible. Killing each other for money (animals are better than we are in that respect, they only kill for self presevation and food), promiscuous sex (they act on instinct and nothing more), and lying. That's rather judgemental, wouldn't you say? We all have those urges. I do as well. It is as you say natural. The only difference is that it's not honoring God to act on those urges when you're not married. You see, I control myself. You might want to try it yourself and while you're at it you also might want to refrain from being so judgemental. Have you forgotten: Judge not lest you be judged?

P.S. I love God. To love is to sacrifice. So, I sacrifice any desire natural or unnatural because I love God and as I've said the real essence of love is self-sacrifice. That's the true meaning of love.

So, what are you some kind of Puritan? Women don't have sexual desires? Did you know for instance that women as consumers of porn has gone up dramatically in the last ten years? If you think that only men desire sex, then you're sadly mistaken.

That's just sterotypes. There are women in marriages who crave more sex than the husband. Believe me I watch Dr. Phil. There are many married women who want it more than men do. This isn't a gender issue. It's a human issue. It's the human condition to want to sin and whether you like it or not the bottom line is that this is sin.

This thread has already split and been renewed, can't you folks find something more wholesome to discuss? How is it possibly serving a useful purpose as I know full well that all possible views have already been posted and discussed?

You're right. People should find something more edifying. But, since I'm debating too I guess that puts me in the same category. With one exception: I'm trying to get people to see reason. A fruitless endeavor but I'm trying nonetheless.

The only advice I can offer here is it takes two opposing sides to have an argument.


So if one side walks away its usually the end of the discussion. Might work Heh?
