You are being very arrogant and condescending in you responses. I do not find your tone to be with grace my friend. I enjoy a good back and forth,over scripture. But we need to not be condescending in our reponses.
Yes, I did say the whole world. It was my error in believing that a caveat was understood that believers are not included. Just to let you know that whenever I refer to the whole world I am referring to unbelievers and not believers. I just felt it was understood that believers would not follow the anti-christ.
Rev 13:4 & 8 state clearly that all ( Greek pantes meaning all or the whole) world will worship the beast. Every people, tongue, tribe and nation will worship (prosekunasin) the beast. This is the same word that is used for worshipping God. So it's not just saying nice things to kiss up. Again to clarify I AM not including believers because the Bible clearly excludes them from every tongue, people, tribe and nation.
That's because you're being cretinous going back and forth over scripture. You can't change God's plan already written in the bible by being tenacious. You're suppose to conform your thinking to God, not the other way around. Again, Revelation 13:4-8 is only addressing those who's name is not written in the book of life.
Revelation 13:7-8 NKJV
7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. 8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
If you're not including believers in this list, than that means 1/3 of the worlds population (Christianity) is not subject to
"Every people, tongue, tribe and nation will worship (prosekunasin) the beast."
If 1/3 of the world does not follow the beast, that's not a OWG.
Rev 13:15-17 speaks again of the authority of the beast over all the world. Now I do agree that there will be a process in which the beast takes control. There are those that do not worship the beast and they are killed for it. But eventually the beast gains control. The words used are causes and makes which is indicative of force. But eventually in this process the beast deceives everyone and God causes everyone to believe the deception.
Here you're doing this again, cherry picking words, verses or scriptures out of context. Revelation 13:15-17 is not about the beast. This is a scripture on the false prophet. The false prophet exercises all the authority of the first beast: to deceive everyone with great signs and miracles. Revelation 13:13.
Revelation 13:11-17 NKJV
11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. 12 And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. 14 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. 15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
And you can't cause or force anyone to take the mark if they refuse to worship the beast or they're not in the presence of the beast to take the mark. You have to literally go to there in order to receive the mark.
Jesus warned us not to be deceive. People will say Jesus is in the desert, Jesus is in the temple, but do not go there looking for Him during the tribulation. Matthew 24:24-26.
He told us when He does come, He'll be coming with clouds from the east traveling west: Matthew 24:27 and all eyes will see Him: Revelation 1:7.
He'll be bringing massive thunderstorms (the kind that can rain 100 lb hail: Rev 16:21) that causes flooding: Daniel 9:26 to put out all the intense firestorm ravishing Jerusalem: Ezekiel 22:18-22, Isaiah 64:10-11, Isaiah 29:6-7, Micah 1:3-5 from the nuclear war: Zechariah 14:12 to wash all the nuclear debris and residual (from east to west) into the Mediterranean sea: Matthew 24:27.
A nuclear war in Jerusalem involving the army of the a/c.
I see Rev 16:12-14 differently. I don't see them gathering to make war against the beast but with the beast. The demonic spirits go to the kings and assemble them for battle, but not against the beast. The spirits come from the Dragon false prophet and the beast. Its like he is summoning them.
You're just not getting it. What difference does it make if the a/c has to go to war with the rest of the world as oppose to going to war against the world? The fact is, he's still going to war on a global scale. You can't have a OWG if you have to go war involving the world. Duh!
Rev 17:8-14 Talk about the kings of the world. Some had fallen but ten are gathered with the beast to make war on the lamb as "one mind".
Involved in all of this is the great harlot, the beast and the kings destroy the bark of and the kings "giving over their royal power to the beast."
It's the harlot that reigns over the kings of the world, not the beast: Revelation 17:18. Duh!
You're kinda obtuse when trying to understand the things you read. The so called 10 kings are not real kings as they will receive no kingdom. They are only given authority for only ONE hour! How much of the world can you reign in ONE hour? How much can you conquer in ONE hour? How much OWG can you accomplish in ONE hour? Duh!
Revelation 17:12-13 NKJV
12 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. 13 These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.
Do you know what they're doing? Here's a hint. He's trying to break the seven vaults in the seven mountains. I'll let you figure out what the mountains are. The 10 horns have security clearance and are giving the a/c the authorization to access the vaults. It's an exchange of security information during that one hour. Duh!
Daniel 11:24 (NLT) Without warning he will enter the richest areas of the land. Then he will distribute among his followers the plunder and wealth of the rich—something his predecessors had never done. He will plot the overthrow of strongholds, but this will last for only a short while.
In Revelation 17:16, here the beast and his band of pirates plunder and ransack the whole place just as they did in Jerusalem, Mystery Babylon and everywhere else they raid during the tribulation. Duh!
And he plunders Jerusalem at the middle of the tribulation for the same reason, the city and temple will become extremely wealthy during the first half of the tribulation.
Haggai 2:7-9 GNT
7 I will overthrow all the nations, and their treasures will be brought here, and the Temple will be filled with wealth. 8 All the silver and gold of the world is mine. 9 The new Temple will be more splendid than the old one, and there I will give my people prosperity and peace.” The Lord Almighty has spoken.
Ezekiel 38:11-12 NKJV
11 You will say, ‘I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will go to a peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates’—12 to take plunder and to take booty, to stretch out your hand against the waste places that are again inhabited, and against a people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and goods, who dwell in the midst of the land.
In revelation 17:14, the 10 horns cannot share in the spoils of their victories unless they pledge their allegiance to join the beast who too will eventually fight Christ at the end. Duh!
And if you haven't figured it out, Mystery Babylon is an extremely wealthy city. The beast doesn't run a government, he'll be nothing more than a murderer, liar and a common thief.......much like what ISIS is currently doing in the middle east.
Rev 13:7 states the beast was given authority OVER EVERY people, tribe, tongue and nation. Every again refers to (pasan) which means all or every which is pretty clear. Again believers are not included.
It's not every country all over the world as you think. The original greek used the word ethnos, not nation. Meaning the multitude of ethnicity within the Middle east region.
Ethnos (in
Greek:
ἔθνος "nation") may refer to:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethnos
An ethnic group or ethnicity is a category of people who identify with each other based on commonancestral, social, cultural or national experience.[1][2]Unlike most other social groups, ethnicity is primarily an inherited status. Membership of an ethnic group tends to be defined by a shared cultural heritage,ancestry, origin myth, history, homeland, language and/or dialect, symbolic systems such as religion,mythology and ritual, cuisine, dressing style, art, andphysical appearance.
Ethnic groups, derived from the same historicalfounder population, often continue to speak related languages and share a similar gene pool. By way oflanguage shift, acculturation, adoption and religious conversion, it is possible for some individuals or groups to leave one ethnic group and become part of another (except for ethnic groups emphasizingracial purity as a key membership criterion).
Ethnicity is often used synonymously with ambiguous terms such as nation or people.

3.New Testament Usage
In the investigation of the words and meanings involved in this question, I gained a new awareness of the use of the Greek word fulh (phule) in the New Testament. In the New Testament, the word eqnos (ethnos) becomes the primary word referring to ethnic groups, such as Acts 17:26, "God made from one source all nations [ethne] of men." The word phule is used in more specific references, similar to its usages in the Old Testament.
We find fulh (phule) in passages with phrases like "all tribes, tongues and nations." For example, Matthew 24:30 "all the tribes of the earth;" Revelation 14:6 "every nation and tribe and tongue and people."

Jeremiah already gave us the list of people who will follow and worship the beast. They're mostly muslims in the Middle East. It's not the entire world. You need to understand when these ancient prophecies were written and what they considered as the world during their time.
It's not a OWG! It's a Sectarian Confederacy!
Jeremiah 25:18-26 GNT
18 Jerusalem and all the towns of Judah, together with its kings and leaders, were made to drink from it, so that they would become a desert, a terrible and shocking sight, and so that people would use their name as a curse—as they still do.
19-26 Here is the list of all the others who had to drink from the cup:
the king of Egypt, his officials and leaders;
all the Egyptians and all the foreigners in Egypt;
all the kings of the land of Uz;
all the kings of the Philistine cities of Ashkelon, Gaza, Ekron, and what remains of Ashdod;
all the people of Edom, Moab, and Ammon;
all the kings of Tyre and Sidon;
all the kings of the Mediterranean lands;
the cities of Dedan, Tema, and Buz;
all the people who cut their hair short;
all the kings of Arabia;
all the kings of the desert tribes;
all the kings of Zimri, Elam, and Media;
all the kings of the north, far and near, one after another.
Every nation on the face of the earth had to drink from it. Last of all, the king of Babylonia will drink from it.

Again to clarify I AM not including believers because the Bible clearly excludes them from every tongue, people, tribe and nation.
All this points to OWG run by the beast.
Complete fallacy is what it is. You call it a one world government but you don't think believers will follow him. In case you forgot, Christianity makes up 1/3 of the world's population. You might want to change it to a 66.6% government to be more accurate.
