It has a 6800 year track... something that the math definitely shows and can't be explained away.

I am guessing that you really don't understand the calculus used to understand the orbital paths that are in the universe.

Even the ancient Egyptians could predict eclipses...(similar mathematics)

When you look into space you’re actually looking back in time. When you look at the sun you’re seeing it as it was 8 minutes earlier. It’s because light takes time to travel over distance. Light leaving the surface of the sun take 8 minutes to hit your retina. Light from Alpha Centauri which is the closest naked eye star , takes 4 minutes to arrive here. Astronomers can see back 13.1 billion years . Stars that old don’t have any elements above iron. (Yes they can tell the chemical make up of stars even ones we can’t reach.)

The same chemistry , physics and astronomy that point out the extreme age of the earth and of the universe is the same chemistry physics and astronomy that govern the ability to make your computer or cell phone. We use Einstein’s theory of relativity to govern our GPS system. The ideas of creationism especially the young earth nonsense don’t work . That why creationist organizations rely on lies, disinformation and fear mongering to get people to believe them because they don’t have evidence for their claims

Fact is, it may be both --15 billion from one point of view and 6 thousand from another.

I'm not taking a stand on 6000 years here one way or the other... but this is just silly.

If creation was 6000 years ago you don't think God could have created this comet on whatever part of its orbit He wanted? You're just assuming that the comet was created as far away from Earth as possible? You realize that an orbit doesn't have a beginning and end, right?
