I would like to know if USA Christians want discrimination based on religion or if they want anti-discrimination protections?
Pick one! not half one, half the other.
Why cant they pick protections for their religion, and discrimination against the other ones?

In others words, in a "Christian nation" lets privilege the one right and true religion.

Oh boy. There is no true religion and a country is a collection of many peoples, of various religions and non religions.
It is possible to co-exist, in a tolerant and friendly and caring way. We just need to hold back on judging others and trying to make them a blueprint of our selves. In other words, get over ourselves, get over our own selfishness and egocentricness.

Cohabitate, and co-exist together, focus on tolerance and love, not homogonity and hate of people that are different.

Trying to consolidate American Society into the Christian religion is admitting that, in the marketplace of ideas, Christianity has to be propped up by/as the State; otherwise it’d fold like a house-o’-cards.

One of the fun parts of previous nationalist movements was the idea that the law simply exists as an excuse to bludgeon out-groups. Consistent application for everyone wasn't part of the deal.
