This is my subjective take on things:
In Secular Music there's a gazillion styles of music. The Christian Labels basically put out three types of music, Gospel, CCM and Worship. There's some sub categories of Gospel and CCM but the well budgeted, professionally produced stuff isn't very adventurous.
"Good" music, for you is probably not one of the above but is, musically, one of the gazillion styles not well represented in mainstream Christian music.
There's lots of independent Christian artists recording pretty much every style. Basically in their living rooms. But they're sincere and doing the best they can. I'd encourage you to seek them out on youtube, christiansongwriters.org etc. I think JacobLyre is right "seek and ye shall find".
If you want stuff that's been written, performed, recorded, mixed and mastered by full time pros at every step of the process, there's gotta be a big enough paying fanbase to support it. It's simple economics.
Peace,
Ian
