Its my new obsession... have you done it? will you try it?? Do you even know what i am talking about?

From next week on, I'll be doing 1 hour body jam & 1 hour zumba on tuesday. Can't wait! Zumba looks and sounds like soo much fun

Both and is it ever a workout with fun jammed in. We do zumba 3 times a week @ dance.

I love Zumba! Its so much fun. I love to dance and the fact that they put moves to modern music makes it so much more interesting to learn. It makes me feel like some of those dancers on stage behind the singers sometimes. Some of the moves are rather odd and make me laugh, but hey, it is exercising so i enjoy it all the more.

It's both a dance and exercise. I did Zumba at my school and it was really tiring haha i love it tho, keeps your booty shaking and your body moving

I love it! I took a class last year with a couple of friends but I don't have a regulated work schedule so I couldn't always make it. I bought the big dvd set a few months ago and have been using it ever since. It's the only excercise program I've been able to stick with for more than a month! Love it and love dancing! <3

I am a Zumba Instructor and Pastors wife...i LOVE Zumba and I have around 10-20 students on Mon-Tue-Thurs....I am an addict also!!! LOL
