Anyone enjoy this anime? What is better, the manga or the show?

Personally I like ths show better, the manga is too detailed for me. I seem to really get into the show a lot.

i liked it when it was all angsty and dark during the battle city (im a teenager, dont ask x_X) but this virtual reality poo is kinda boring. lol, i liek the manga, alot. its real sentimental (did anyone read the one with yu 2? ;_; sniff) and they portray the 'tea secretly loves yugioh' thing alot better. (lol im a subtle romance freak.) ^.^

by the way marth, ROY is much better and hotter (lol, jk!!)

Well i would agree that the manga is better than the anime (which was terribly butchered by 4kids *shudders*)

i would also agree that the phrase "pwn j00's bonez" is awesome.

Ive never read the manga, so i would vote for the tv series.
I like both Yu-gi-oh and Pokemon.

I think they go hand-in-hand in many ways; some things the Anime has what the Manga doesn't and visa versa. Even when they are discrepencies between things they have in common, it does give a sort of "alternate possibility," although since the Manga came first, it really is sort of the "official" rendering.
