Your most loved prayers

Face it, the Catholic Church has practically perfected prayer.
We have an unfathomable amount of Litanies, Novena, Chaplets, Eucharistic Prayers, Prayers for the Dead, Prayers of the Saints, Prayers to the Saints, Prayers for food, prayers for the sufferring, prayers for a peaceful death, prayers for forgiveness, prayers during temptation, etc., the list could go on and on and on.
But within this great sea of prayers, which one/s could you not survive without? Which lift your soul the most, and have given you supernatural graces?

The Penitential Rite always strikes a chord with me during Mass:

I confess to almighty God, and to you, my brothers and sisters, that I have sinned through my own fault, in my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done, and in what I have failed to do; and I ask blessed Mary, ever virgin, all the angels and saints, and you, my brothers and sisters, to pray for me to the Lord, our God.

So does the Gloria.

I am really touched by a part of Mass that says:
"I am not worthy to receive you...but, only say the Word and I shall be healed."

The two prayers I have in my signature, of course. These two prayers helped me when I was in my depression.

The "Nicean Creed", which professes my faith to all.
The "Our Father", which is the first prayer of praise to God.
The "Hail Mary", which the angel Gabriel heralded onto Mary, and Elizabeth's honor to Mary when Mary stayed with her during Elizabeth's confinement with John the Baptist.
And "The Mass", which in itself, a continuous prayer from start to finish.
