CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Mine was just before Christmas. There are two guys that I know want a second date with me, but I'm not interested. I haven't had any offers since the last date that I really wanted to accept.

I've only been on one date since I moved back to OK last summer. Since my move was for a new job, I decided to focus on that for the moment. It keeps me really busy. This is my first true weekend off in months.
Sometimes I feel that I would really like to find a girl to go out with. But the reality is, most of the time it's just not that big of a deal to me.

2 weeks ago and it was a blind date and i was really excited about it until i met him. He was boring and doesn't do anything- literally. I don't know many single Christian guys that are interesting to me right now. Bleh

I think that it's normal/healthy to go through seasons in our life where relationships are less of a focus (if we're single).

true, but there was no potential for anything more. He doesn't have a job, he didn't go to college, he was homeschooled his own life, he was just blah. I felt like i was babysitting. I think he liked me but i don't want to go on anymore dates with him. He was a nice person but the unmotivation thing really was a turn off. The girl that set me up; I don't think she knew much about him or me for that matter.
