To add to this:
A girl who isn't afraid to speak her mind.
A girl who would support me when I'm down.
A girl who would love me.....Even with my dark side.

Well, I think a better way to look at this would be to just have a general "checklist" of things I'd need to have in a partner, and other things that I like in general.

A Christian with broadly similiar values
intelligent/able to be rational (I honestly don't think that someone who isn't smarter than most people could hold my interest, but I could be wrong)
A strong sense of loyalty
Not controlling or excessively organised
Helps me to feel validated on a masculine level
Respects our need for seperate interests
Enjoys sex within the mariage
Good hygiene/healthy body weight

Some other things that would be "nice to have" (i.e gravy) but aren't really neccesary

Strikes a good conversational balance with me; meaning that she wouldn't expect me to carry the conversation while also not talking so much that I can't really contribute. Being an introvert, I have this problem with lots of people.

Having similar interests, namely her also being a film buff/"snob"

Being very attractive

I don't see how I can really give a list. I change. I go through phases. Life does not stay the same. Life is unpredictable. God willing, I grow. I have a full range of emotions. Sometimes I get stuck on one. Friendships change and grow. Marriage relationships go through all sorts of stuff. Bodies change. Minds change. We all get tempted. Sometimes I fall. Sometimes she will fall. There's going to be stuff that will just break a person's heart. Making some static list does not describe any human. That's why if you work forever on your perfect list, you'll figure out that no one will ever match it. And even if by some chance someone did fit it, they won't for long. God might have someone for you, you for someone else, but I think it would be in a way you just haven't imagined. People are dynamic. And maybe God has a dynamic person for you. but we've got a hard road ahead if we think God has some static character just waiting at a distance. People aren't static. And scary as it might sound, I don't think God is a static person either.

That makes you a hot commodity in our community. The ratio of libertarian men to women is incredibly lopsided, and Christian ones are even rarer. I'm sure you've already met plenty of the "creepertarians".
