Hmm....forever. I'd try to accumulate all the knowledge of mankind, bring about world piece, I can really make money off of long-term investments. Although, I think it would definatly be boring at some points. And seeing people I love die is a big drawback.

Now you can have forever if you choose. You can choose 24 hrs or forever. Would you choose to live forever? Not in the eternal religious sense but here on this earth forever, never aging, staying exactly as you are at this moment?

Well, hmm. Since I'm 24 and in really good shape I think I'd take forever. It would be really interesting to be around to see how things change over the years.

How do you know that

Because most of my loved ones are significantly older than I. If I am not killed abruptly (in which case I won't be caring), they will start to reach the ends of their natural life spans before I do.

and in this case you would defintiely watch all of them die.

That's the price you pay for living at all, having to watch others die. Such is life.

I'd definitely choose 24 hours... I don't think I could stand watching my children and grandchildren and great grandchildren etc. all die.

What about your family and children having to watch you die 24 hours from now? You could just always move away from them, you know

The thing is it isn't just your family it is everybody, your entre support network, family friends, everyone.

Your support network, family and friends would aquire new members as the others died (or moved on). Which is almost exactly like it is when you don't live forever.

Enlightening and true except for your family but I did not think of this. I personally don't think I would want to live forever, people are far to disappointing as a species.

They are fascinating indeed but as a whole we are rather disappointing be the highest life form on Earth.

I'm not particularly convinced we are the highest life form the Earth will ever produce.
