This is the easiest recipe I have ever seen.
Get your biscuit tin out. This is sloppy work according to him. Drizzle olive oil back and forth the long way. Wow, I mean it was everywhere. Outside of the cups even.
Blend 1 egg, 1 cup flour and 1 cup milk. Pour in tin. Doesn't matter if you miss a little. I didn't get the time or the temp but probably 350 for12-15 minutes. Then he says use the leftover batter for pancakes tomorrow.
He says don't open the oven door. Hope your door has a glass in it.
They looked wonderful. He didn't make the pudding part just served as biscuits. I can see putting sugar in the dough and fruit filling or even just cheese, etc. I. Can't wait to try it!
