In a way as Im a mother, wife, friend, etc...so therefore I think so are you (a Teacher that is, and a banker, minister, accountant, counceller, nurse, etc)
Profession wise though I am not....but am doing school through distance ed etc(and for work)...

Would you consider that being a mom has given you more experience than many other jobs or carreers you may have worked at?

I consider the experience I've had being a Mom to be of a great deal more importance, than the experience I've gotten in a 9 to 5 type "job". But, unfortunately the undervaluing of mothers is so commonly agreed upon , that as far as the world is concerned, my value as a person, rates just below the bum drinking wine out of a paper bag on the street corner.
