Ironic. I kid you not, I clicked on this thread, looked down while it was loading to read my book on food medicine and just happened to be reading about allergies. (that kind of stuff happens to me all the time. )

I do. I am allergic to mold and grass. I used to be allergic to pet dander as a child, tumbleweed when I lived in the dessert and papaya when I was pregnant. I don't have allergies so seriously now that I need to take a prescription. I just keep my home mold free (which isn't easy in Indiana where it rains so much), don't roll around in the grass and use Benedryl or Claritin when I need to.

Fortunately, I nipped that right in the bud when my kids were little. But, my sister has a 3 year old daughter that could be categorized as such. She's a holy terror, and a tearer up of my house!

I feel like I hardly ever get to sit down! But, no. I don't "exercise" regularly enough. (although I do go through spurts where I do...I think I have more of a sedentary bookish type of personality.)
