I would additionally like to say that if I said something you or anyone considers offensive, that I was only trying to point out that we are all very passionate about how we feel. The thing is, people like to come in here pretending the "debate" is cut and dry. But in reality, Christians have many varied worldviews, despite our common beliefs. Even within specific sects or denominations there are huge differences.

But we are all Christian. And that's why we're here.

Yes, we are and it will be wonderful seeing you in heaven! I never took anything you said to be offensive and I hope you or others didn't take what I said to be offensive. We are both passionate, it is obvious and that is a good thing. Watch we will get to heaven and everyone will be wrong on these issues. hahaha.

Good idea . I think that may be a bit more productive and like I said before, that's one of the few things I thank Hovind for . Give me a day or so and I'll come up with the three most blatant lies I have found in recent textbooks (recent meaning within the past five years).

Anything involving radiometric or other forms of dating (the age of the Earth and so forth), since it's been discussed so much recently, doesn't seem like a good choice. It'd be like beating a dead horse, IMO.

Also, I think I agree pretty much with everyone else: this thread is seeing its last days. I don't think I'll be in this one much more. I wonder what the record number of posts in any one thread is?
