Aargh! This whole language thing! Biscuits are what we'd call scones ...I think. A flour mix that rises in the oven in small 'rounds.' We have ours with jam & cream but I think you do yours with meat & gravy - or I have really miunderstood the books I read! Biscuits are things like choc chip cookies ... & I know you guys know those!

Except that scones are sweet and biscuits usually aren't. Biscuits go with everything from fried chicken to chili!
