It's not faith with science. It's called speculation. It's working toward a goal in knowledge. We don't know if we'll ever know, but we can keep trying anyway. It's worked many times before.

The Dream of the Ridiculous Man is a short story by Dostoyevski.. about a man who has a vision of a world without organized religions or governments...

The BBC left some things out.. possibly for fear of causing offence..

I have included the parts that were left out in the TV drama in the text below the video.. it makes for interesting reading.

The story is based on what the Bible is really saying.. it is a short summary of the Holy Scriptures true agenda.

When one goes beneath the symbolism and the metaphors.. one discovers a hidden teaching.. which Dostoyevski reveals.. in this short story.

No. What you're describing is part of how science works. And people have faith in science quite apart from that.
