I do. Awesome game. I'm currently a level 43 troll shaman. Not too shabby for an MMORPG, as I'm still able to maintain a high GPA and play it.

There are quite a few threads on this game, if you look through the pages. Heck, I've seen more threads on this game than I've seen on Halo 2 since its release, and people were complaining about Halo threads.

I've tried a lot of different characters/races and finally settled on orc hunter as my main (Draenor server). He's pushing 25 right now and I was terribly hooked the first couple of weeks but I'm normalizing now. I still play a couple hours a day (more on weekends) but I can still have a life and play this so I'm cool.

I play on Azgalor.

The alliance is more populated than the horde. On some servers, including mine, alliance outnumber horde 2-1. Mostly because of humans and night elves, as dwarves and gnomes are about equally as popular as most of the horde races. (this information comes from www.wowcensus.com, which does a /who on each of the servers using custom UIs to count the number of people online).

From what I've heard from my friends, this is a very addicting game, rivaling Everquest (one of my friends was an Evercrack head, and he's into WoW now) so I know it means something. I've seen screenshots and it looks great.

It actually runs a lot better on my machine than EQ. Seriously.

Runs like a dream with everything on medium.

I'm not sure what the requirements are... but yeah you're right- it runs like a dream. I keep the settings on Medium or High- with a bunch of stuff running in the background and its fine. I'm running a dualy- two AMD 2200 cpu's, a gig of pc2800 ddr, radeon 9800 pro, etc... but I dont think the game is multi threaded.

Gosh, you could run this game on an Atari if you wanted (exaggeration, but you get the point).

However, if you're running on an older machine, the place your frame rate would decline is raids and situations with large groups of people. I always turn the graphics down during raids. It also gets pretty choppy right when I enter a large city like Orgrimmar on the wind rider, but that clears up.

Other than that, it runs really smooth on my computer:

1.3 GHz processor
600mb SD ram
ATI Radeon 9200 SE 128 mb graphics

WoW runs better on my PC than the original EQ. It's so amazingly smooth I can hardly believe it.

Yeah I had a feeling it wasn't too demanding on hardware, but I was just curious since I've seen EQ lag like crazy on my friends decent PC a few times, so I thought I'd just ask. Thanks guys

It's 15 dollars a month, actually. Less if you go with longer plans. I think EQ2 is the one that is 20. Not sure though.
