My wifi router seems to somehow cause wireless interference in the house sometimes and anyway, upon switching from the standard wireless XBox One controllers to wired, controls just seem smoother in games. I thought it was the framerate of the games causing minor input lag, but no, it's the controllers.
I must warn you that since I don't have a way of testing the amount of input lag in a concrete way, it could just be my imagination. But I don't think so. Since controllers were even disconnecting sometimes when I moved them 15 feet away from the XBox One console.
