Which section are you talking about? No one has to pay anything to post anywhere on our site.

The only part I am interested in posting in says you have to pay to post there and that paypal isn't set up to accept payments.

There is no charge to post anywhere on LITB, (please can you please give me the link you used so I can see what it said exactly?) and your account is showing as active- You have to make sure you are actually logged in, (you are not automatically logged in because you activated your account after registration), - if you're not logged in then you can read the posts but can't post because there is no 'Post' or 'Reply' button, so I suspect that was the problem.
