Powers: Will has the ability to morph his hands and feet, but (so far, at least) not the rest of his body. His nickname comes from his habit of morphing his feet into rollerblades, which he uses to skate pretty much everywhere.
History: Will and his family had just arrived in America from Ireland, having emigrated to escape the growing anarchy caused by the IAMC (Irish Anti-Mutant Commandos) and similar hate groups. However, his powers were detected in the airport as they were passing the security posts. In exchange for letting his parents stay in the country, Will agreed to go to the MTC.
