You should try to stick to the topic, not attack the posters. No reason to get personal, that's just immature.

I feel that this thread is going into the wrong direction...this show is not a good topic because it is generally geared towards things that are not condoned on this website..if you are talking about nice clean stuff then fine but lets keep it at a christian level...

Actually Wild on is over sexual and even has had a porn star guest host the show. The show use to be fun and playful but it has become sleazy and distasteful. It's lead in is Howard Stern. You can figure that one out for yourselves. I'm glad I never got into the show because I would have had to give it up. To get ratings now shows feel they have to go to the dumps. I'm not a prude and have nothing against women in bikinis, but I understand sexuality and how the spirit and flesh are against each other. Why God made it this way I don't know, but He had to have had a reason. I do know this, there's nothing on Wild On for a Christian. This comes from a person whose seen shows (just last year mind you) that were tame and between then and now I've seen it degenerate into a sleaze fest.

I'm glad this thread maintained it's tack. Wild On is a good show for people who vacariously want to experience some of the more hedonistic tourist venues as well as some really neat adventure as well as tourist areas safe for the entire family. Personally, I'm not a hedonist, so I would never visit some of the sites/destinations profiled, but it's interesting to see what's going on.

Is it appropriate viewing for Christians? I'd say that's up to the individual. If a segment on parasailing in the Carribean interests you, watch that segment. If hedonistic partying doesn't, then switch the channel. Maybe it's just my landlocked in Texas self talking, but any show that features ocean sunsets over a sugar sand beach can't be all bad. Whether you feel it's the beauty of nature or the beauty of God's creation, you can't deny that some sights are truly must see TV.
