I was going to check a issue on Wikipedia when I noticed all the changes since the last time I had check the site for church issues. They have expanded many sections and added criticisms quoting or shall I say misquoting many Adventist sources to distort the worlds view of Adventist. We need to look through and see what is being written and see if we can input on what is being told to the world, here are a few I saw...

Historic Adventism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Progressive Adventism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Seventh-day Adventist Church - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Adventism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

that is the fundamental flaw of wikipedia anyone can edit it.

Not exactly, if there are many people working on the page they can challenge the changes and revert it, or put input. You have to discuss and prove your changes or it gets taken off. Thats why the more input or more people the more balanced and correct.

Excellent, I see it. Everyone should check the Wikipedia and see what they can input as we are letting many things going out on the web with no balance or correction.

Still major errors/misinformation on the church history and doctrines.

For example, the Millerite movement was world-wide, not just in US.

The pioneers weren't Arians, they were anti-trinitarians, more specifically they reject the RCC interpretation of Trinity. The pioneers believe in the Godhead.

Also, Adventists do not hold to the Arminian belief.

As I looked over some of the beliefs of Arminianism, (http://www.wordofhisgrace.org/ArminianQA.htm) I see area's where the SDA's do teach them. Could you be more specific in which tenants you think we do not teach?

As I looked over some of the beliefs of Arminianism, (What Do Arminian and Arminianism mean?) I see area's where the SDA's do teach them. Could you be more specific in which tenants you think we do not teach?

This is a short analogy...God and man in a car on the trip...the Calvins believe God is the driver and takes the man wherever He wants to go, man has no say. Arminians believes the man is the driver, he goes where he wants, God has no say.

We on the other hand believe man is the driver, he goes where he wants but according to God's plan.

Another way to look at it is through the sanctuary. At no point man's work/action is merited in the plan of salvation demonstrated in the sanctuary and its services.
