Has anybody seen Wicker Park? It came out over the weekend, and I'm planning to go see it tomorrow.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I thought the style of the film was pretty good. Some of the acting by Rose Byrne (Alex) wasn't great, but I thought Josh Hartnett did just fine. I didn't think the movie was too hard to follow, but a few parts could have been shortened. I enjoyed it.

Bleh. I'm sorry to say that I didn't enjoy it. I saw it today, and there was only one other person in the movie theater. I thought that surely, with all the cliff hanger type music that they had, that they'd try to turn it into a murder mystery, but it didn't turn out that way. I was sadly let down.

I went to it last night at the theatre, my friend and I both enjoyed it. I thought it was a good movie! The flashbacks were kind of confusing but I didn't get lost in the movie.
