Why was Jesus Hated?

Jesus Christ,
Who is the Son of God,
Taught the narrow way,
Not the way that’s broad.

Did not participate He
In the ways of man
But He followed God,
And He lived God’s plan.

Walked the narrow way,
Led a righteous life,
Obeyed God’s commands,
Free from sin and strife.

Shared the gospel truth,
He opposed the lies,
Called out hypocrites,
Told them they would die.

Said to follow Him
We must deny self,
Die to sin each day
And put self on shelf.

Said if we hold on
To our lives of sin
We will lose our lives
Not be forgiven.

If we die to sin
And we live to Christ
Free from sin’s dark grip,
In Him we’ll have life.

So, repent of sin,
Obey His commands,
Walk with Him in truth,
Your life in His hands.

Jeremiah chapter 1. The prophets were in opposition to mans words and philosophy. The prophets were not popular. Many people listened to false prophet's. Thier lack of faith is one reason.
Colossians 2:2× tells us of traditions of men, appearance of wisdom in self imposed religion, false humility.
Proverbs chapter 1 tells us tells us to be diligent and sincere about seeking God.
Colossians 2;8 warns us about false brethren who teach tradition of men and false doctrine.
I have 3 brothers who follow misguided preachers. I keep distance from them. Thier minds are contaminated by false doctrine. In the past I tried to correct them. It's like talking to wall. Thier closed minded.
Revelation 12:19 . Satan as antichrist near future, will declare war on the saints. The whole world is going to hate the saints.
Many people deserted Jesus when He was crucified. It won't be any different when the saint's face persecution and hatred near future. Even family and friends will desert the saints near future.
John 15:18 . Jesus told us world will hate you. The world hated Jesus first.
Psalm chapter 73 . This is the key. Stay in the Sanctuary !. God blesses and protects His own.
