Does the Bible teach us how to use a computer?
Is every single piece of information in the Bible?
hmmmm how about this: you treat the ones you love with respect and put thier needs first? Wouldn't that cover it?
For example:
See? It's not as hard as we make it appear.
tulc(just a thought)
This would only makes sense if you aren't deceived and/or blinded from the truth. The Bible, and yes Jesus plainly speak of what marriage should be, but if that isn't the answer you want then you can't see it.
Instead we see questions ask about how the Bible doesn't speak about cars or even computers, and think that shows something.
The Bible tells us how we are to avoid certain thinks like fleshly lusts, so that would tell us that we shouldn't look at porn on a computer. So again, it's in there. The Bible covers everything we need to know, and we don't even have to cross our eyes to see it.
The Bible tells us not to do things in excess, so again, that would mean me shouldn't spend to much time on the computer, neglecting other things like time with the Lord and family.
The Bible is the living word of God, and it is so neat to see how even today with all the culturial changes over the last 2000 years it still can lead and quide us through our short time in this dark world. It is so neat to know that God and Jesus don't change, and that they love us so much, even when we continue to fall so short of what we can and should be in Christ.
Our Sunday School listen was so relevent for today. It was over 2 Peter 2, and the spiritual errors that are running so rampant today. I am praying about starting a thread about and including it, but am still in prayer about that.

He didn't talk about how children should treat their parents either..
ahhhhhhhhhh, I like yours better.
Would we also have murderphobe or murderphobic?
Let's see, adulterophobic, forniophobic, idolterophobic. liarophobic.
Boy, I'm so phobic I'm getting dizzy. LOL
erm, where is that in the Bible?
still, the argument keeps on being about literalism/interpretation, is not like is going to end up somewhere
Here is Truth, a person will only go about to interpret a verse, if they do not agree with what it clearly says.
For the most part Scriptures was given to us, so that even children can understand it, leave it to humans to corrupt it and the simplicity of it, to change it into something other then what it says.
For example:
1Cor:14:34: Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
what it says is what it means, there is no interpretation needed, only those who do not agree with what it says will go about to interpret it into something different. Many interpret that verse to mean they are not allowed to preach, yet it does not say they are not allowed to preach, it clearly says they are to be silent. This is why there is division amongst the brothers and sisters, because the simplicity of the Words of God has been lost, and now they have become confusing, and hard to understand, because of our own interpretations, because we will not accept what it clearly says. God made the Earth in 6 days, that is what it says, but because of scientists, and technologies, and satan, most no longer believe that it was created in 6 days, therefore they go about to interpret Genesis into something other then what it says, saying such things like it is a poem, or alogorical, or just a story that they told children.
Woe to the learned, for they think they know something, when they know nothing at all, and the simple will know the Truth, while the wise think they know it and do not.
Our Father did not give us complicated, or confusing Scriptures, they are easy to understand, easy to grasp, and speak with plainess of speech, He made sure it was this way, that even children could learn the Truth and come to Him through His Words, leave it to the learned to corrupt its teachings, saying things which are contrary to Scriptures, just to suit their own thinking and their own beliefs.
But you child of God, believe the Words, in simplicity and save your soul from Hell fire, For our Father loves us, and He gave us simple instructions to follow, so that we can find our way back to Him. This do and believe, and you shall live in Heaven for all eternity.
In His Holy and Precious Name, Jesus Christ

What am i to do with this generation that is before my eyes? How will they escape the wrath of God ?That is all quite interesting but rather than rely on the interpretation of someone who does not know Hebrew, let us see how the ancient Jewish scholars understood the Hebrew scriptures on this point? Do you somehow think all the Hebrew speaking Jewish scholars got it wrong and only you got it right?
