I claim the events in the Iliad actually happened
There, now there is someone claiming that. Proceed
I am not sure I understand what you are saying. There are plenty of "creation models." As with any scientific model, a creation model must make predictions. I would suggest you take a look at the second article I linked to, which directly describes this concept in relation to a creation model. We need not know the exact conditions at the origin of the universe to make predictions. It's impossible for Creationists to predict the creationist model
not knowing the conditions before and during.
You must know the conditions previous, and during an event
to make predictions.
My questions were rhetoricalThat is only one factor. It really depends on the reputation of the person
making the determination. Some people have a clear agenda when evaluating.
You fail to understand the point of my post. You have a poor reputation as an impartial researcher.
You present facts without providing any sources or your
method for evaluating such articles.
This ruins your reputation.
You fail to understand the point of my post.
In the case of creationism however, your post doesn't apply.
Science has nothing to investigate -- literally nothing.
That's the "ex nihilo" part of creatio ex nihilo.
No it can't, and doesn't.But it can, and does, investigate what happened from one split second after the creation event onwards.
Thank you for demonstrating the degree to which you don't understand the purpose of that post.I fail to agree with your point. You have a poor reputation as a scientific researcher.
Your unsupported claim for analysis of facts is wanting.
"I am Blue"
Now do you believe I am blue?
Of course not. I made an unsupported statement.
Now what do you think? Any better?
It was the best wine tasted. 5-10 years is a common age if bottled.
Anyone asking why there is no evidence for creation either doesn't understand creationism, doesn't understand evidence, or both.
Is that why you guys are always being corrected on it?We understand it just fine.
Sounds like a statement of faith.Loudmouth said:There is no evidence for creationism because it isn't true.
Let me quote a great man:Then you don't understand what things sound like.
Let me quote a great man:
Just don't call what you believe "science" and what I believe "religion."
No it can't, and doesn't.
And you for keeping the secret purpose in your imagination.Thank you for demonstrating the degree to which you don't understand the purpose of that post.
What was the wine's 14C/12C content, and why did it have that ratio?
You are being very disingenuous.Analogies to human activity, bible verses, 'problems' with evolution - none of these, not one of them, is evidence FOR creation or ID.
