If he is as powerful as Christians describe not only could he heal amputees but cure every disease or ailment that humanity has ever suffered from past present or future. So it is obviously well within his power to heal an amputee.

What was not in the article was that the arm/hand was a different color from the rest of his body, and had no finger prints.
