  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

If God was to judge evil now, all evil would be judged. And why doesn't God judge all evil? Why does God allow evil men and women to live? Should He instead kill them before they do evil deeds? Should He judge murderers and rapists now? What about thieves and liars, adulterers, fornicators, those who lust, and those who hate? If God judged evil today, all unconverted men and women would perish under His wrath. Thank God that He is patiently waiting for them to turn to the Savior and be saved from His terrible wrath.

Alright,
General question, while seeking your oppinion.

Why does GOD still let Satan live?
Why, does he still let him occupy earth?
What are his reasons?

I kinda know. Though my knowledge is limited, but I do seem to see his reasons!

Waiting patiently for you replies ;) As you never disappointed me!

GOD BLESS
Hi there!

Why does GOD still let Satan live?

I think angels are created to be in an eternal state, so satan is going to live eternally, but eventually will be cast into the lake of fire.

Re 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Why, does he still let him occupy earth?

Because it is still a part of God eternal plan.

What are his reasons?

For one thing, God is just and unchanging. He gave the final chapter for this world in the Revelation of Jesus Christ, and He isn't going to withdraw evil from this world until the end of time as we know it. Man is still created with "free will" and the choice still remains as to who they will serve, God or satan.

Even Lucifer gets a chance to come back. That's the definition of patience and love in God.

Hi there!

There is no redemptive plan for angels, satan doesn't get a second chance nor does the 1/3 of the angels that followed him. Their eternal state is established.

Great answers, guys!

I totaly agree with you "Serapha" on every point you mentioned, and believe that God isn't going to withdraw from his original plan. He stated how he is going to change the world when time comes, for it's his eternal plan!

He'll eventually cast Satan in the "lack of fire", for causing torment for his beautiful creation, and be punished for having left a gap between God and his children for centuries.

I don't believe he'll give Satan another chance "Sera'naphsus".
Did he mention this in his words?
I don't think he did, and I would advice you to read on this particular issue. :priest:
