[QUOTE="Neostarwcc, post: 76263899, member: 383061"] I'm only tech savy in Desktop computers, so I didn't know. I spent $500 on my first tablet because my sister who is savy in Tablets and cell phones and the ilk recommended that tablet to me (It was a Samsung Galaxy S5e). She told me to buy a case for it and I asked her why and she said if I cracked it, I would be responsible for fixing the screen and Samsung would charge me boo koo bucks to fix it. Well I figured I'd be careful enough to not warrant an extra $40 purchase on a $500 tablet. I owned it for about a month and the dropped it while talking to a friend on there. It cracked very easily and I had no idea. And over the year or so I had it it got so cracked that the $500 tablet is no longer usable. So last year when I decided to replace it with an S7 I made sure to get a case with it and, it was the best decision I ever made. The S7 is a $800 tablet and Samsung wanted nearly $300 to fix my last cracked one. When I first dropped it mind you. So... yeah best idea I ever made. I didn't buy a case for my phone because it was a $150 phone when I got it, and we use it so infrequently (Especially now that we're cut off of our cell phone plan) that we've never dropped it. If my sister never told me about cases I probably never would have known at all that they even exist to prevent stuff like this. My only complaint is I have to clean my tablet screen off 2-3 times a day because of all the fingerprints on it. But at least the fingerprints get on the case and not the very expensive screen.
