Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I've got nothing, but I could throw something together so everybody could have a good laugh...or to just generally make everybody feel better about their own writing skills!! Then, after seeing how bad mine would be, folks might start sharing theirs.

Hmmm, I used to want to write scripts when I was younger. Now I write short stories, but I may be interested in writing a script of something. I'll think about it for a while.

That is so true, POSICORE...I pine for the day when I can put my scripts onto the big screen!!!

I think someone said that one should only put like 10% of their script up on here for publishing reasons...I don't remember for sure though.
I think I may put up another piece of a script up here...no one can steal it right? I figured since the posts are dated it would be safe.

Is it just me, or does it seem like the scripts and screenplays forum has kind of died a little?
Hey, would a video game story/layout count as a script? That has been my latest endeavor. I was working on a possible anime series script, but I've put it aside for the time being.
What have all you other writers of screen been up to lately? Any new projects in the works?
