I am so close to cutting up right now.... so close and i don't know what is stopping me

Go to the friendship or rec threads here and take part in a game

I am not feeling an awful lot better today - I got sick because of stress!!! I am going to talk with someone tomorrow I think

Well I spoke with somebody today about the cutting up and the stress I'm under just now and I feel alot better!!!! I know that sometimes I'm going to cut and it's something that I have to learn to deal with.... it'll happen but it's slow
