  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

There is a boy in a black shirt

CD player in his hand

He’s singing to the lyrics

Because it’s his favorite band

You laugh at his fatal words

And his depression you ignore

But when he pulls out that gun
You’re not laughing anymore

What if you said “Jesus loves you”?

What if you mentioned him to the Lord above you?

What if you spent some time

Saying, “Everything will pass, it’ll be just fine”?

There is a girl by a mirror

Fixing her hair

Her natural beauty,

No one can help but stare.

But under the long sleeves

There are scars

Ten cuts for each time

A boy tried to go far.

In the bathroom stall, she rants

“I hate my life.”

She pulls up her sleeves

As she grabs a knife

Laugher rang through her head

With the words “****” and “harlot”

They found her lifeless on the ground

No one’s laughing anymore.

What if you said you had been there too?

What if you if you told her your past that was true?

What if you said there is hope behind this mess?

What if you told her of Jesus, who is the Light in the darkness?

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify the Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16
