Then why do you want a new RPG???

Try to find Lunar:Silver Star Story or Lunar 2:Eternal Blue for PSone. They are two of the greatest RPGs ever made.

Wild Arms and Grandia 2 are also good.

Since you like the Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger games, you'll like these. They are all the same style. The Dragon Quest/Warrior games are also like this, so you'd probably like them too.

Blake recommended Dark Cloud 2. It's good, but it's not much like the games that you mentioned. I'd rent that first, because it's a whole different style.

Star Ocean 3 looks pretty cool from the review and pics. Maybe I'll pick it up sometime.

I still recommend Lunar and Lunar 2 above all other RPGs. Just go over to gamefaqs.com and look them up in the Playstation section. I'm not alone by far. Plus, they all come with full soundtracks on CD!

Phantom Brave has been getting pretty good feedback (unlike Star Ocean), so I guess that would be the title to go for.
