Goliath the Gittite was killed by Elhanon. This happened near the end of King David's reign.
David killed Goliath of Gath while still a very young man.
There were other giants also who were killed by soldiers serving under David.

Who killed Goliath?

The Lord.

1Sa 17:37 David said moreover, The LORD that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD be with thee.
1Sa 17:46 This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.

So why does the KJV say something about Goliath's brother?

According to Strong's Hebrew and Greek Dictionary, the word "ayth", translated as "the brother of" in the KJV has no English equivalent:

Strong's said:
the demonstrative sense of entity; properly self (but generally used to point out more definitely the object of a verb or preposition, even or namely): - (As such unrepresented in English.

The KJV could have just left out the phrase "the brother of" or it could have read "namely, Goliath the Gittite, himself". The KJV translators did an excellent job of word-for-word translation but when there was a word that could not be translated or was only implied, that word or phrase was placed in brackets or italicized, as the phrase "the brother of " is in the passage in question. Any time you find an italicized word or phrase in the KJV and question it, go to one of the other word-for-word translations (NASB and ESV are IMO the best) or to a Bible dictionary and check it out.

Here's a new wrench to throw in, from Smith's Bible Dictionary:

Goli’ath (splendor ), a famous giant of Gath, who "morning and evening for forty days" defied the armies of Israel. (1 Samuel 17:1) ... (B.C. 1063.) He was possibly descended from the old Rephaim [GIANTS], of whom a scattered remnant took refuge with the Philistines after their dispersion by the Ammonites. ( 2:20,21; 2 Samuel 21:22) His height was "six cubits and a span," which taking the cubit at 21 inches, would make him 10 1/2 feet high. The scene of his combat with David, by whom he was slain, was the "valley of the terebinth," between Shochoh and Arekah, probably among the western passes of Benjamin. In (2 Samuel 21:19) we find that another Goliath of Gath was slain by Elhanan, also a Bethlehemite.
