I didn't have the faintest idea who he was, but after the clues pgp gave, I decided that he was probably a pastor who was also a worship leader or perhaps even in a band, and he must be in California, as I googled the 91384 to figure out which area it is. Then I googled 'church pastors in California 91384'. An entry at the bottom of the page mentioned a church with a pastor who is an anointed worship leader - something like that -so I clicked on the link and it was a facebook page for a church with a photo of Jared listed as their pastor.
