LK 1
:46 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,
LK 1:47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.
LK 1:48 For he(with small "h" !!!) hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.
LK 1:49 For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name.
LK 1:50 And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation.
LK 1:51 He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
LK 1:52 He hath put down the mighty from their seats, and exalted them of low degree.
LK 1:53 He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away.
LK 1:54 He hath holpen his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy;
LK 1:55 As he spake to our fathers, to Abraham, and to his seed for ever.

Clearly "God my saviour". Using a captialised "He" for God is a relatively modern rathr than biblical convention since New Testament Greek doesn't have capital v's lower case letters.

Luk 1:46 And Mary said, My soul magnifies the Lord,
Luk 1:47 and my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.
Luk 1:48 For He looked on the humiliation of His slave woman. For, behold, from now on all generations shall count me blessed.
Luk 1:49 For the Mighty One has done great things for me; and holy is His name.
Luk 1:50 And His mercy is on those who fear Him from generation to generation.
Luk 1:51 He has worked power with His arm, He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their heart.
Luk 1:52 He has put down rulers from their seats and exalted the lowly,
Luk 1:53 He has filled the hungry with good things, and He has sent away the rich empty.
Luk 1:54 He has helped His servant Israel, in remembrance of His mercy,
Luk 1:55 as He spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his seed forever.

Actually, Koine (New Testament) Greek does have upper case and lower case letters. But only in more recent manuscripts are the upper case used for proper names. Many of the older manuscripts were either in all upper case (majiscules) or lower case (miniscules) letters.

In any case, the regular rules of grammar apply. The pronoun "he" would refer to the last masculine named in the text, thus it refers to God.

The Father/ Jehovah /Yahweh.
It was the being the Jews considered their God.

The pronoun "He" was worked into the verbs of Greek, and not set as stand-alone pronouns like we're used to.

Notice how "we hear" is written as one word.

"For He has had regard ... "

"This mighty [one]" o dunatov... holy is [posessive] Name. agion to onoma autou

1:51 says "the arm of God himself" braxioni autou

The identification probably comes more from the passage content
than the Greek terms -- look at the history of His actions. I don't think the Jews at the time spoke of the Spirit as a separate entity, and Mary would not have referred to Jesus before He was born. But everyone knew who scattered the proud and filled the hungry with good things.
