Just curious who is engaged here. How old are you and your fiancé? Have you set a time for your wedding?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Haha. Does a faux engagement count? Dylan proposed when we were in Fiji but it was just a declaration of love and affection and jubilation rather than a literal proposal. If he had proposed sincerely I would have bopped him over the head and made a run for it. Yes, we decided we'd marry in 2027 at that waterfall. 
He still doesn't believe me that you got engaged at 16!!!!!
Oh. Our ages. I'm a 17-year-old high school senior and he's a now a 21-year-old college sophomore. We want to marry in our late 20s or early 30s. We shall see!

I am engaged
We are getting married in spring 2017 (we are thinking April), waiting for the beau to graduate before getting married. We are 23 at engagement earlier this year, and will be 24 (me) and 25 (him) when we get married.

I'm recently engaged and looking forward to our wedding in Sept 2018. I never thought I would get married esp being brought up in the church and never finding the right guy! Yet I met a wonderful guy in 2008 after 15 years of being single. (Disastrous relationship previously) I feel truly blessed and can't wait for the wedding day! :0)
