It looks like pretty decent changes to the existing deal. Though I do find it interesting that a lot of the new features were in the TPP, which Trump scuttled at the beginning of his term.

I friend of mine just retired a couple of years ago. She is hardly a TRUMP fan! lol can't stand the man!

She was purchasing from the Steel business. I remember for years she complained about the cheap steel, and a couple of countries of origin. Yes, one of them being China. It wasn't so much the nation it came from but the quality of the product. Suppliers were forever trying to send her over some of their cheap steel, and she would refuse it. They did indeed flood the market, and they had government supplementals (Chinese government) to help them be on top price wise. I remember her complaining about this even before the Obama years. It just ruined the whole industry. It was a constant fight in her job, and extremely frustrating to her. She did this for YEARS!

She told me a couple of weeks ago, "I'm not going to be a hypocrite here! STILL can't stand the man! Yet, I agree with what he is doing with the steel. Finally, someone did!"

lol I was shocked! Although, enough people/companies brought their cheap steel. Our steel industry was crushed.
