It's related with 1 Thes 5:12-13 ...12 And we urge you, brethren, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, 13 and to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. Be at peace among yourselves.

I am not sure there is something that is almost exactly like that, but in the new testament 1 timothy 3 and the first chapter of Titus have a lot to do with those teaching the word of God, maybe check those out and see if what you are thinking of is in there. Hope that helps.
