Where is a "6000 year old earth" found in scripture?

The Greek Septuagint of old translated the Garden of Eden as Paradise
The Tree of Life is in the midst of the Garden/Paradise. It has never moved, and is attested to be there in Genesis and in Revelation.
Paul said Paradise/the Garden of God, is in the third heaven.
That is where Adam got cast down and out of and divorced from the presence of the Glory of the Father, there.
Jesus came to ransom us back, and we will go up where He is, and we will dwell in Paradise with free going in and out, to earth below and heaven above.

the Garden of God is the Paradise of God in the Word of God.
"Paradise" is from the Greek Translation of the Septuagint, and in the New Testament it is Paradise.

2. In the LXX. The Gr. tr. of the OT uses parádeisos consistently in Genesis 2, 3 for the garden of Eden.

Enoch dwells in Paradise/the Garden of God, as a transformed human being, since the angels took him there to dwell, and also, in Enoch's dream visions, Elijah was brought up to dwell with him....we also see Moses is there with Elijah, and they are seen alive, in their bodies [Moses was raised and ascended to heaven], but they are not transformed to the glory bodies and must return to earth to preach to the nation of Israel and be slain, then raised in their bodies made for Glory, but there they are, with Jesus, om the Mount of transformation.

Enoch traveled to Eden, to "the Garden of Righteousness", where the Tree of Life and of Good and evil is.
Now He dwells there, with the angels, since God took/raptured him, in the body transformed for the glory.

Enoch describes the four quarters of "earth", which includes the heavens stretched out called, in the Word, "the breadth of earth", which no man can measure [as God said to Job], and which is where the City of God, New Jerusalem is. At the end of the thousand year reign, when Satan, the created Prince of Darkness and his evil angels are let out of their prison house, they tempt those born on earth in the Sabbath Reign of peace to disobey God in rebellion, and those who fall for the lies of the devil ascend to the heights of the breath of the earth =heaven, where the City of God and the throne of the Son of Man is. then God sends down fire on them and they are destroyed.
Nimrod & Co were also attempting to get in by another way than the One Way God ordained, and wanted to ascend to heaven to take over the throne of the Son of Man -God the Word, who was to come in flesh and is come in flesh and who will sit on that throne in Mount Eden/Mount Zion of the heavenly realm of the "stretched out breadth of the earth", in the heavens.

One error you are making is to try to claim the Tree of Life is moved from the
Garden of Eden -which you claim is not Paradise [but which the Word of God says is Paradise, as I linked for you], to a future "Paradise", in eternity.
Note: there is absolutely not one Scripture that makes such a claim, so you have no biblical foundation whatsoever for that error.

As I point out, the Tree of Life has always been in the midst of God's Garden/Paradise, from Genesis to Revelation.
It never moved, and it is always in Eden, which in the Word is also Mount Zion of the heavenly, stretched out from the earth realm, called the immeasurable "breadth of the earth" [in Job and Revelation].

Mount Zion is on the sides of the North, in the Psalms, and the sides of the North, in Enoch, is the ends of the heavens in the North quarter.....
And Mount Zion of the heavens will never be moved, as the Word says, but the earthly Mount Zion has been moved....
There is a kingdom of God that is not seen by us [since the fall of the tower IMHO], unless our eyes are opened to see, as so many reports in the Word have happened to the prophets of old.

When the heavens are opened, men see that realm, and it is not far, but we are blinded by the veil God placed over all the nations [at Babylon, IMHO] , and which veil He promises to remove in the millennial reign -then men will see, again, the gate of Eden at the boundary of it; and those who are transformed to the glory bodies will go "in and out", through and by the Atonement that has made us acceptable in the Beloved.

Redemption means to be ransomed back to what was lost, and Paradise was lost to the Adam race, and Paradise is in the third heaven, as the Word of God states, which is a realm of earth's stretched out heavens.

Can you tell us more about the report made by Enoch about these fallen angels who took humans wifes and bare children with them...Do you believe this relate to Genesis 6 and the reason that God bringed the flood ?

God created the earth with heaven in the beginning - before He established time. The earth is basically older than "time." The earth "becoming a desolation and indistinguishable ruin" (Gen 1:[1-]2, toho and boho in Hebrew,) and Him making, and separating light from darkness represented the first evolution of events that made one "day."

in Genesis, earth itself [the land mass, including all the mantle and the mountains upon it], is not formed/stretched out/beat out [these are all words used to describe it, in the Word], out of the waters of creation until day 3. The heavens were stretched out from the globe of waters on day 2 of creation week, between the divided in two waters of creation. When God stretched the "firmament /expanse" between the divided in two waters of creation, He named the "expanse/firmament "two Waters", in Hebrew "Sha-Mayim", which is translated "heaven".
So the "dry", itself was formed out of the waters below the heavens on day 2, and then God named the "dry", "Earth".
So earth is one day younger than the stretched out heavens, in Genesis. They were formed of a piece, elementally, in the beginning, and the elements of creation were not formed into anything until Genesis 1 says they were, and then as they are formed, God names them.
God created time on day 1 of creation week, when the darkness rotated around the globe of waters in the powers of His soon to be named "firmament", and the light was called into being to begin circling earth as the dark made it's circle of it, and when God separated the light from the darkness, at the "navel of the earth [Mount Zion below always is called the navel of the earth -where creation began time], the morning and the evening made the first, and "one" Day.

I haven't checked to refresh my memory, but I think the second journey was written by Noah, who saw what Enoch saw, and wrote his book which is included in the Book of Enoch -but a fragment only, as part is missing.
It is Noah who saw the future punishment of Azazel and his receiving all sin [to him all sin is ascribed/given] in the 70th generation....then that Day of Atonement was rehearsed yearly, by the namesake people of the New Man name, when the High Priest who was anointed in the office of Messiah by the Anointing/Messiah oil of anointing [which represented the Holy Spirit Anointing of Jesus, to come], and serving in the office of Messiah to type it, chose two goats for the Day of Atonement, one was elected by lot "To Azazel", and one "to YHWH".
The elected by lot goat" to Azazel" had all the sins and iniquities of the people of God laid upon him by the High Priest, who laid hands on the goat and confessed, and sent him away, "To Azazel".
That name, "Azaz el", was wrongly translated into English as "scapegoat", a name made up as a verb by ignorance of the English translators of the book of Enoch. Some translations do write the name, "Azazel" there, now.

BTW: when you read the Book of Enoch you realize Shemjaza is the same as Azaz-el. Shem means name, so the name/shem Azaz, one of the "els" =sons of God [mighty ones], was the chief of the sin of taking daughters of Adam and getting offspring by them, and cursing themselves by taking the "Oath" at Mount Zion in the north, the place of their descent, and to never go back to their heavenly forms again, "to him ascribe all sin", the angel told to Noah.

Because of the oath/curse they took to never enter heaven again but to defile their "man/ish" forms by fornicating with daughters of Adam in those forms, Mount Zion in the North was ever after called Mount Hermon/cursed" for the Curse upon themselves they took.

The Hebrew word for "earth" in Genesis 1:1 is "erets," which means "the world (at large,) or the entire earth, firm, wilderness, country, ground, field, etc. So, it is the earth at the beginning. Something happened between the creation in the beginning when the earth was made to the time when the earth (erets) became a desolation and ruin (toho boho) - and to the point that "light (ore)" and "darkness (choshek)" were separated by God.

That was the first time He did work since He created the heaven and earth in the beginning. So, it began a new work week when He spoke "light" and separated the "light" from "darkness". In fact, the entire week reads as a breakdown of the six things He did to restore the earth from toho (desolation), choshek (darkness) and bobo (ruin).

Yes, amazing isn't it, that there is still faith in the Word of God on this earth, for Jesus said "When the Son of Man returns, will He find faith on the face of the earth?"

The bible does not say how old the earth is. I would be careful about adding anything to scripture. Hope this helps..

Hi,
The reading of Genesis 1 is God's genealogy of the heavens and the earth, and the verse one tells us they were created in the beginning, by God, and the verses after tells us how they were formed out of the waters of creation. Not one thing God made in the six days existed in it's elemental form until God called those elements out of the waters of creation, into their forms -it was all unformed, just a bunch of elements in the waters of creation, and the "powers" of the -later to be named- "heavens".
-and the names of them are given as they are created, and called "Good".
When the Holy Spirit "brooded" over the waters, as a hen does over it's eggs, He was nurturing the elements of creation in those waters that would be brought together as every thing was called to be, out of those waters -and out of the land after the "dry" was called forth and vegetation and creeping things and all the creatures were called forth out of the now named, "earth".

I am not "buddy". I am a female, Gentile, born again in Christ, baptized in water, baptized in the Holy Spirit, tongues speaking, singing, praying wife of one husband for 53 years this fall, and a great grandmother of 6, a mother of seven, and a grandmother of 20; -and a lover of the Word of God and all the Word, even that which is not included in the modern KJV, but which was included int he 1611 AV. I love history, esp that which relates to the Bible, like "The real Book of Jasher - not a pseudo one", and Josephus, and so on.
The chronology of the creation from the beginning is laid straight out in the Book of The Upright/Yasher, from the beginning to the time of Joshua going into Canaan. Now one can do the study on the Torah and come to the exact timeline from the beginning, but you have to work hard, without Jasher, but Jasher correlates with the Torah on the times and dates and ages, so it's easier, there.
One modern book that takes up history in relation to the Gentile nations is done by a man who researched the historical records for thirty years, and his record -without him knowing it, even, for he did not have the Book of Jasher, confirms the history timeline in "Angola" from the times Israel was in Egypt, for he names an early king from the records who is named in the Book of Jasher, so from Jasher to the modern book one continues histories of peoples descended from Noah, outside Israel. The book is "After the Flood", by Bill Cooper.
It is a good book and is available form Amazon.

Yes, it gives the timeline of creation from day 1, and Adam made on day 6 as well as all land dwelling animals -right up to the time of the Dispersion of Israel,, and down through the Maccabees, to Christ coming in flesh.
