Those are metaphors. God is Spirit.

As to that, God sits on His throne in His created temple set in His created sun in His created heavens, circling the earth each day, sunset to sunset, and yes, from His dwelling place, in the sun, sitting on His throne, He "sees" Adam persons as "grasshoppers" on the earth below.
The Hebrew; Septuagint, Latin Vulgate, and Douay-Rheims English all state that God has set His tabernacle in the sun, and many Scriptures corroborate that fact.
Unfortunately Galileo caused men to make up myths when they translated the English after that, and KJV completely hacked the Word there.
But God's Word is true from the beginning, and not even a biased translator can change His Truth

God is uncreated self existing Spirit, existing in three Persons from eternity, and every created living being is one "spirit" [of its kind]. Each created spirit has a body peculiar to its kind, which body is built by the created spirit of the kind for the living soul of the kind to indwell, at conception of the seed of the kind.

We who are called/named "Adam" by our creator are one spirit called "Adam" [Malachi 2:15], and the one created Adam spirit brings us into our Adam being at conception in our pre-ordained season as particular souls who are written in the Book of Life by God the Word before He created the Adam being, and all our parts and days are written in that Book, and we are made and male or female in the flesh of our one Adam being.

God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, is one YHWH Spirit, which word means "LIFE/BREATH". YHWH has one image [Hebrew Tselem], and Adam was created in that one image of the LIFE/BREATH. He who is God the Word and who made all things, made Adam in His own bodily image that was to come [Romans 5:14, Genesis 1:26-28].

He is God the Father of all creation, and the Son was always with Him, hidden in Him, in secret, as "Wisdom", and was to come in a New Creation flesh body named "Israel" [Isaiah 49], not "Adam"; and He is come in that flesh of Human being "Kinsman/Redeemer flesh body that is the exact likeness of the Adam body, but without sin.
Adam was made in His image [Genesis 1:26-28, Romans 5:14], before the fall.


Before the incarnation, God the Word visited and fellowshipped with Adam in the Garden of Eden in the third heaven, each evening, where Paradise is [as Scripture states].

Lets keep in mind that the light and darkness travels around the globe continually not actually rising or setting.

There is no sunset if you are circling the earth.

Sunset only happens as you are on the earths

When God made the sun, He set it in the heavens over a particular point over earth below and launched it from that point on it's peculiar path/course around the earth once each day. It's point of launch is God's navel of the earth, which is Mount Zion, Jerusalem [Ezekiel 38:12 the people of Israel dwell in the navel of the earth, states the original Hebrew].
That is where His morning began to be governed by the sun, on day 4 of creation week.
That's just the way it is.
There is a beginning of all things in creation, and God tells us about them in creation week.
The week was four evenings and three mornings old when God set the sun in His circuit in the heavens, on day four.
The sun receives the light from the electromagnetic pulses of the stars, in the "Firmament of His power", and refracts that light back out to all the heavens, as it circles the earth in the circuit of the earth.

The sun was made on day ffour of creation week as an oracle of the Son of God who was to come in a made body prepared for Him, who is the Glory of God, in the fourth millennial Day of this present creation's week of thousand year days.

God is the LORD of the sunset and the sunrise. He is the One sitting on the throne set in the sun which gives each point oon earth it's sunrise and sunset, beginning and ending at Mount Zion, since the fourth day of creation week.

The Son of God is the "Sun of Righteousness" who has appeared in a created body made for the Glory, on day four of the millennial week.

The Father is God the Word, and He has a body.

The Son is God the Word come in human flesh, and He always existed hidden in the Father, in secret, and was to come in flesh.
So the One on the throne is The Father, and the Son is the Spirit of the Father clothed in a garment of New Creation human being flesh [Isaiah 59]
The Father and the Son are One Spirit in YHWH, but in the One Spirit -YHWH, there is the Father and there is the Son.
The Son was not seen until He came clothed in human being flesh.
The Son came out from the Father and always existed, but was not seen, and now is Seen.

Abraham had the revelation of His coming and Atonement when he offered Issac on Mount Moriah, and named Mount Moriah "God [shall be] Seen [in His] image, "Jah Reu Tselem" [contracted to Yerusalem].
The Tselem/image is contracted to selem, and is not Shalom, as some say, for Abraham's naming of Mount Moriah was that God's Image will be Seen in this Mount, and His Peace/Shalom will be for all men by His acceptable Atonement.
The vowels are not written in Hebrew, and are fluid in translating to English.

In Revelation, the Father on the throne is seen and the Lamb is One in Him, with Him. They have "One Face, Seen", and that is the Face of God come in flesh.
Enoch the prophet, the seventh from Adam saw Him hidden in secret, with the Word, on the throne, who was to come and be revealed, and in His name the redeemed are saved -and now He is come.
Enoch saw Him in glory, in the Word on the throne.
Jesus prayed to the Father to Glorify Him with His own self with the Glory He had with Him before the World was.
There was always the Father of Glory, and He always has sat on the created throne in the created temple in the created heavens in His created sun, and the Son always was in Him, hidden, in secret, and was to come in flesh, out from the Father of Glory to do His will and redeem the Adam creation by His Acceptable Atonement.

As to His coming in Second Creation human being flesh, out from the Father as One Spirit with Him, He is, in that flesh, the Frstborn of all creation, and the Everlasting Father of it as He has ransomed it back from the sin and corruption that the first, firstborn son of God, our own first father, Adam, sold into death and corruption.

To call The Son our Everlasting Father is to be adopted into His one Living Spirit, the Christ/Messiah Spirit, and in that Spirit of Adoption we call Him "Father"....we are no longer orphans in spirit, as we are in the Adam spirit, for we now have a "Father who ever lives to make intercession for us before the Father of Glory, in heaven.
Look it up in the Word.
John 1, John 14, John 15, Isaiah 6, Isaiah 9, Isaiah 49, Isaiah 59, Revelation 4, Revelation 5, Revelation 22, Enoch 50.
1 Corinthians 2:1-7, in the Greek, literally, verse 7 is right out of Enoch's revelation of him in mystery hidden, with God, and who was God, and who was to come:

The sun could not have been made on day four because science tells us that the sun was made at about the same time as the earth. The key word here is "firmament". The work God was doing on day four was in the firmament or the atmosphere of the earth. Day two deal with the water in the firmament and on day three we have plants. Day four deals with light in the firmament and on day five we have "moving creature that hath life," This would have taken place after the Great Oxygenation Event.

This forum is general Theo-logy =God's Word.
There is no such an entity named "science", anywhere, and the Word states that the sun itself was made on day 4 of creation week..
There are very blasphemous men who defy God, however, and try to pretend they know more than He, though they are just a vapor , and every breath they draw in and expel out has the manufacturer's name stamped on it, "YH -WH".
Silly men, deceiving and being deceived, pretending there is such a thing as an entity called "science" that has the power to judge God's Word!

The firmament of His powers was stretched out from this globe of waters on day 2 of creation week, between the divided in two waters of creation on this globe. Then, and only then, did the Creator name the firmament, "Two Waters" =Shamayim.
There are stories in His Firmament of Powers -the third one is where Paradise is, that Adam got cast down from when he fell, and was divorced from the Spirit of Glory and forbidden from ever entering again, in the irrevocably defiled Adam flesh.
That is what the Word of God teaches us.

we are to rightly divide the Word of Truth as it states in the Greek. The Greek words make a picture of laying the Scriptures out for comparing them, side by side, like a farmer plants his rows. So we compare Scripture with Scripture on a subject to get context.
Now, I have never seen God, though I am united to the Triune YHWH by His Spirit who dwells in me, since I was born again into the One Living Spirit. Jesus said it is so, in John 14, but before God the Son came in flesh, there was a seeing of God that happened in recorded Scripture.

You did manage to find the one scripture where men thought they had seen God.
The human mind is very good at creating things that don't exist.





But you failed to explain the many clear scriptures explaining that the Father is invisible.
You can't focus on the minor references to dispute the many clearer ones.
As I mentioned, real truth is repeated by different authors, often years apart
and from differing points of view. Minor references must be understood in
light of the many passages that show the greater understanding, not the other way around.

Those are all covered by metaphor and "visions of God."
The scriptures I quoted are not.

If you have two passages, one says "no one can see God and Live"
then a second passage "they saw God"

then we must assume the first to be correct because it cannot be
converted to "vision" or metaphor. The second can be reinterpreted.

That't what I was saying, about my list.

If it says "God is invisible" that passage cannot be converted to a metaphor.
Other "sightings of God" can be counted as "reveals" not actual sightings.
