The Lord is the Spirit. The Spirit is the Lord Jesus in His pneumatic form.
So also it is written, “The first man, Adam, became a living soul”; the last Adam became a life-giving Spirit. ( 1 Cor. 15:45)
And the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. (2 Cor. 3:17)

Where is the Lord the Spirit in the Christian?
The Lord is mingled, joined, and united with our human spirit.

But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit. (1 Cor. 6:17)

Therefore part of our being as Christians is Jesus Christ.
Part of out being is mingled with God.

We can say that part of our being is God.

The Lord is with our spirit.
The Lord be with your spirit. (2 Tim. 4:22a)

The Lord with our spirit is by the same passage the GRACE of the Lord with our spirit.
The Lord be with your spirit. Grace be with you. (2 Tim. 4:22)

The grace of the Lord is the power of His presence and His very life within us.
He and this grace are with our spirit our "praying organ" deeper than our mind, deeper than our soul.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers. Amen.(Gal. 6:18)
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. (Phil. 4:23)
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. (Philemon 25)

Because Christ as the Spirit is with our spirit He is in two places.
He is in heaven at the right hand of God and He is living within us in our human spirit.

1.) Christ at the right hand of God - It is Christ Jesus who died and, rather, who was raised, who is also at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us. (Rom. 8:34)

2.)
Christ living in the Christians - But if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, the spirit is life because of righteousness. (Rom. 8:10)
