Obviously it had to happen, so God had no problem with it back then. Same wih Noah and his wife, sons/daughters. God allowed it, and prevented genetic mutation. Now that there are billions of people, its not necessarry.

Incest wasnt a law until Leviticus, so they wouldnt be breaking any laws in Adams day.

I must've missed that part of the Bible. Could you also point out the part how God handled the fact that life needs mutation in the MHC allele in order to survive diseases (which were around after the Fall)? You are aware that by not having variations in the MHC allele leaves entire populations extremely vunerable to diseases?

So, incest isn't wrong for any reason except genetics and the Levitical Law?

The former doesn't apply if children can't result, and the latter is not binding on everybody, so if you are correct incest should be legalised providing there is no possibility of conception.
