Where do I "fit in"...?

I am a theistic evolutionist, so I believe in science and the Bible, I believe that the earth was created and seeded by God billions of years ago, I don't believe Adam and Eve and the Garden were literally true, but hold some other kind of significant key truth given to us by God, keys about humanity, keys about spirit beings, keys to the human condition.

I believe the story of Adam and Eve was conconcted (divinely inspired) book, no man could have made it up, so I believe it was indocrinated into our society, and many other societies... I believe "aliens" are just more humanoids at different stages of development, and that their history started out and is progressing just like ours is... I wonder if the first humanoid colony ever made it outside their solar system?

I believe El is the Father, or Elohim (plural meaning "us") is the Father or the trinity, Jehovah is actually Jesus and the Holy Spirit has been present since Genesis 1:2 before creation began, which is why Elohim means us; Father, Son, Holy Spirit.

I don't want to criticize you personally so I'll just say that I believe the Bible is Gods word. I don't believe it's "sort of" Gods word written by men with imperfect vision or perception of the holy spirit. If God made the universe I'm pretty sure getting a book written to his specifications would not be a challenge. I believe Adam and Even were real people because Jesus talked about them as if they were real historical people. He did tell parables that were clearly fictional or at least not based on a historical figure but made clear distinctions between telling parables and talking about history.

You sound like an intelligent person. I suggest you pray sincerely for God to show you the real truth. If you truly want to know the truth he will not withhold it from you. Just understand that if you're mind is already made up this prayer is a waste of breath. God knows what you are really thinking even more so than you do.
