• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

When you think that you have cried

all the tears in this world, my friend,

and your wet eyes seem to have dried,

still days of grief come your way.

The pain seems too deep to be healed.

You do all you can to let the days pass by

but the more you try, the more pain you feel.

And your silence speaks more than your cry.

There is still a well of tears in your heart,

but they are too heavy to be cried.

Your loss is big, and who will ever understand,

unless they have lost a loved one who died.

To you who know somebody who is in grief,

Just be there for them and let them understand

That you’re willing to walk an extra mile with them

when the going gets tough, just lend them a hand.

Our Father in Heaven knows how harsh life can be,

And His heart is filled with compassion and love.

The one who died for us, bore our sorrows, sin and pain

And He is there for us, to comfort our hearts from above.

All our hope do we have in Him, our King,

Who has prepared a place for us in His mansion above,

Where there is no more tears, no more mourning.

We will live with Him forever in eternal joy.

Written by me today, in memory of my beloved brother, who is with the Lord.

Unn

hugs to you all from me :groupray:
