Sorry, but where in the bible to we read of "an antagonistic ha-Shaytan figure"? Are you saying this ha-Shaytan was some kind of forerunner of Satan, or did you mean it's another name for Satan?Satan fell sometime after he was created, but before we read in the Bible that there is an antagonistic ha-Shaytan figure that exists.
It's simply impossible to know when that happened.

So it seems I misunderstood your earlier post as suggesting that a different adversary existed before Satan fell. Apologies. I did realise that "Satan", like "Christ" is a title rather than a name."Satan" is derived from the Hebrew term Ha-Shaytan. Satan isn't a name, it's a title, a description. Ha-Shaytan means "the adversary".

Satan wasn't banished until thousands of years after Creation.In the begining God created the heavens and the earth, now the earth was formless. The Hebrew text does not say 'now' the earth was formless but 'she became' formless, the same word used as when Lot's wife 'became' a pillar of salt. Satan was banished to the earth at this point because of his pride, which is why only 'the light' was good on day one and nothing was good on day two until the earth came out of the water on day three. Satan and his followers were in the water that covered the earth. The demons are happy in water. 'When an evil spirit comes out of a man, it goes through 'arid' places seeking rest and does not find it...' (Luke 11:24) (they find no water) and when Jesus drove the demons into the pigs, they jumped straight into water( Mk 5:13) also the is no sea in the New Jerusalem (there is no longer the need). Why did God chose the same planet that He had banished Satan to, to spend 6 days perfecting for mankind?
Pangea is only a reference to a supercontinent that existed... which is "the conclusion that Earth had one complete land mass".Pangea is a silly myth.
In fact if you read the Bible carefully you can only come to the conclusion that Earth had one complete land mass - that is how the animals released from the Ark and later the Babelites were able to travel and settle all over it.
And here:He was a liar and murderer from the beginning as Jesus stated. So sin was found in him then. Out he goes. No murderer remains in heaven. Jesus, the Son of Man, testified He saw satan fall from heaven. Who tempted Adam and Eve to sin? To disobey God.
Clearly God is speaking of someone He cast to earth who had become conceited because of the beauty and wisdom that God had created in them.

It's not an island.a 'supercontinent' implies a big island. not a totally encompassing land mass.
